Seabiscuit Rental Rates
Both Villa A and Villa B have been updated with new furniture, fresh colors, and new linens. There is a full set of appliances including refrigerator, stove, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker in each villa. Each villa comes with a full set of dishes, flatware, and kitchen utensils. Each also comes with a patio that is furnished and includes a charcoal grill. All towels are provided and there are plenty of beach towels.
Telephone (for local or "800" calls) and cable television are provided and free. Wi-Fi is available in the vicinity. Of course each villa is air-conditioned and there are ceiling fans. But we do ask your help in conserving electricity which is very expensive in the Bahamas.
There is a one-time additional charge of $160 ($80 for one side) for maid service to prepare for your arrival and to clean up after you depart. This fee is paid directly to the housekeeper. Additional cleaning and laundry service are available from the housekeeper for an additional charge.
During the winter and spring we make every effort to rent from Saturday to Saturday, but we try to be flexible and are happy to discuss alternative arrangements with you. We often have longer rentals and can consider such an arrangement with you. Our rental minimum is three nights.
We have more flexibility in the off season which runs from August through November. During peak times, especially December through April, we urge you to book early.
